1. WHO WE ARE
This store is operated by Antelane Limited, RM03, 24/F, Ho King Comm CTR, 999077 Mong Kok, Hong Kong, company number 79551967. In these terms "we", "us" and "trag" mean that company. "You" means the person using this site or placing an order.
2. SCOPE
These terms apply to every order placed through this store. By placing an order you accept them. We may change them at any time; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT
Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract comes into being when we send you an order confirmation or ship the goods, whichever happens first. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly, and will refund you in full if we do.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in euro. Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. We accept Credit Card and PayPal.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
Returns are covered by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of at least 14 days from receipt of the goods, and nothing in these terms limits that.
7. PRODUCT IMAGES AND COLOUR
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but screens vary. Small differences in colour between a product image and the item you receive are not a defect.
8. SIZING INFORMATION
Model heights and the sizes they wear are shown as a guide. They are not a guarantee of fit.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The trag name, the trag label, and the text, photography and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
10. LIABILITY
We are liable for intent and gross negligence without limitation, and for damage arising from injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the contract, and only up to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply to you, and you may also bring proceedings there.
