Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

- France: 5 to 10 business days
- Germany: 6 to 10 business days
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- Australia: 6 to 10 business days
- Rest of world: from 7 business days
Delivery estimates run from the day your parcel ships, not the day you order, and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. See Order Tracking for what to do if it does not update.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Parcels are dispatched from Hong Kong. Depending on where you live, import duties or taxes can be charged on delivery. Those charges are set by your country, not by us, and they are yours to pay. We will help with any paperwork the carrier or customs asks for.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email hello@trag.cc with your order number. We will open a case with the carrier and either replace the order or refund it.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address before you order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the second shipping charge.
