Email hello@trag.cc with your order number and we will send you return instructions.
Before you start
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the green trag label and all tags attached.
- Within 14 days of delivery return shipping costs a flat €5.99, deducted from your refund. After that you arrange and pay for the return yourself.
- Final sale items, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
Exchanges
For a different size, the fastest route is to return the item and place a new order. That way your size is held straight away instead of waiting for the return to arrive.
